The overall mental wellbeing of teens and young adults was pretty consistent until 2012, when suddenly mental health issues began to increase dramatically. 2012 also is the year that smartphones and social media use became more prevalent (the iPhone was released in 2007). May is mental health awareness month so in today's episode I'm sharing some of my mental health journey.
